Overview
Ameritech ALDIS used e-stakes in a business-to-business promotion designed to increase vendor awareness of their new Web site. Promotional pieces were direct-mailed and had a tipped-on credit card with a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN). Reciepients were encouraged to visit the ALDIS Web site to enter the PIN they recieved. Instant winners were notified immediately of the status of their entry, and everyone who entered was added to the list of potential winners for the Grand Prize: A Bose Lifestyle home audio system.
